Popular iOS app Pic Stitch comes to Windows Phone

Joe Belfiore promised a small present for Windows Phone users, and delivered a few minutes ago.

New in the Windows Phone store is the 35th ranked app in the iOS store, Pic Stich.

The app allows users to create a collage of pictures, with the description reading:
