Halifax Banking app now in the Windows Phone Store

We can add another UK bank to the list providing Windows Phone apps.

Halifax has just released their Windows Phone app.

The app allows users to:

• Find Halifax branches, ATMs and LINK ATMs in the UK
• Sign in with your Online Banking details
• View balances and transactions
• Make transfers between your Halifax UK personal and savings accounts
• Securely set up and make payments

Halifax warns their app may have issues with the Nokia Lumia 610, and recommend users use their website instead.

The app comes with a guarantee that if you reasonably careful they will refund you for any losses you experience due to online fraud, which should make users more confident in using the app.
