ICQ app update to Windows Phone 8

Yes, people still use ICQ, especially in Russia, and the owners of the app and protocol, Mail.ru, have just posted an update for their Windows Phone app which brings support for Windows Phone 8.

Version 1.8 of the app features:

• Windows Phone 8 support.
• Sign in easy by a phone number, and be in touch with your friends and family.
• Photo filters.

The multi-protocol app also supports  GTalk,  Facebook, Odnoklassniki, StudiVZ, AIM and Mail.ru’s own network.
